My first two cleans were great. My third was cancelled and rescheduled due to the cleaner having a family emergency, which was fine. Third clean was very sub par. My carpets were not vacuumed, and if an attempt was made to vacuum, it was poor. There was dog hair still all over the floor. I contacted the owner ten minutes after the cleaner left and she said she would get in touch with the girl who cleaned. Basically, she said she couldn’t reach her, I told them please just send someone to redo what’s not done either today or on my day off, and she just ignored me. If the owner had just worked with me and agreed to send someone to touch the house up, we wouldn’t have had a problem, but she did not, and here we are.
