Mairelys was amazing! Both women were. They deep cleaned my new house and did not miss a spot. They were thoughtful and kind and showed me their progress along the way. I was very satisfied of the quality of service, care, attention to details, communication, friendly staff and the assurance I received from M&M. Everyone hard to deep clean my new home which was not move-in ready and truly the property had some neglect toward regular maintenance cleaning. M&M responded to all my inquiries very timely and kept me informed. They went the extra mile and worked longer than I had anticipated however they were very adamant about providing quality cleaning. They cleaned EVERYWHERE. Places I couldn't reach or dared not to touch. It was white glove service! They walked around the house before and after and I could tell they went above and beyond. I highly recommend their services. They were just a sheer blessing and I pray they their business grows. They have my heartfelt appreciation and I will tell or refer people to use their services. Outstanding! I am so glad I chose them!

I contacted M&M Star General Cleaning to do a deep clean in my house since it hadn’t been cleaned in detail for a long time, and I was honestly impressed.
I really liked the service from these ladies. They were very punctual, friendly, and professional. But most importantly, the work they did was amazing. They moved furniture and equipment that I had never even moved since I moved in.
They cleaned everything, baseboards, doors, fans, light fixtures, windows… literally everything. My house looks completely different, like new.
I highly recommend them. I will definitely continue with their regular monthly cleaning services.
