Arrived in a bit of a mood stayed for 20 min asking at one point how to clean the bedroom. The abruptly left leaving the door to the front of the house wide open. No IM leaving, nothing. Trash stacked up in the kitchen and 70% of the house remaining to be cleaned. HORRIBLE!

Extremely unprofessional. Over an hour late, “forgot credit card reader” so cash was the only payment option which of course meant I was given a hand written receipt. House was satisfactorily cleaned so if you can deal with the other issues she will get your house clean.
