- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that I provide a great affordable service that is well worth the money invested If you are wanting regular services such as monthly, biweekly, weekly regular service, I do offer a discounted rate for my reoccurring customers. My quote will include this discount of 10, 15, or 20% off the regular rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I place a reasonable and detailed bid to do the requested work. I determine who is needed of the team of people that I work with, or if it is something that I can get done alone. I have a couple of great helpers that I can call on when needed. We work well together to make up a capable and hardworking crew of trustworthy professionals. Upon reviewing my profile and my bid, it is then your choice to respond if you wish. You may have more questions before making a final decision, which I am happy to answer, so please don't hesitate to ask. Then when you have made your decision, if you have selected me for the job, I will get your reply, and we move forward from there, discussing details on when, where, and exactly what all may be involved in the job and any concerns or special instructions are carefully noted. I take direction very well and I am a good listener. If I am unclear of anything, I don't hesitate to ask or clarify, rather than assume. I am an easy person to deal with and communicate with.
