I hired Marc on multiple occasions to complete Inspection Report list items from the sale of property. He was fast, professional, thorough and responsibly priced. If you are a RE agent or homeowner in the Phoenix AZ area, HIGH HIM! he won't let you down. My agent loves him now that I introduced her to him. I can't say enough. He's great!

Marc was very communicative and was speedy to get an appt, which I really appreciated. Where I am disappointed is after he looked at my kegerator he said he would do research on parts (my kegerator is old) and let me know if there was anyway to get replacement parts or if I was out of luck. He came out on a Friday evening and told me I’d hear from him by Monday evening. It’s been over 2 weeks. I reached out to him the other day and heard nothing. So a little bummed to have my $75 paid for the original check up service, then ghosted. Especially when he said the $75 would go towards parts (if they were available). So I pretty much paid for him to look at my kegerator, who knows, that might be the going rate, I just mostly wish he would have been as good of a communicator AFTER he got paid as he was before, especially if you’re a customer hoping to use the original payment towards parts.
