This person would not tell me prices upfront (I asked), and charged an astronomical amount for mileage. She was supposed to be a professional face painter but bought a kids face painting kit with stencils. I know because she left the kit at the house. Nothing was hand painted and I could have done what she did. Just dabbed paint on a stencil and added jewel stickers. At odds with the price and mileage, currently discussing the breakdown of $360 for 2 hrs.
