- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't say that my pricing system is complicated, I will say that a consultation is highly suggested to better meet the clients needs overall. For example, when you are providing a color correction chemical service, you can not give a proper quote over the phone, you have to view the job before you price it to avoid over or undercharging the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend several continuing education classes to stay up on the latest trends and developments in my field. I also attend Hair Shows out of state as well. The classes consist of cutting, coloring and product knowledge as well as the latest tools and techniques being displayed on the floor today!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always did hair. When I was a little girl, I had a my size doll that I used to practice braiding hair on. I have always been passionate about what I do, and when I realized that it or I wasn't going to part, I pursued higher learing in the field and been doing it every since.
