FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based on a 3-month minimum coaching model. In my experience it is difficult to accomplish goals in a shorter time-frame. Weekly half-hour meetings work best for most clients, with unlimited text and email support. However, since meeting the needs of the individual client is key to the success of the coaching process, pricing is negotiable. Additionally, I do offer discounts and incentives that I’d be happy to explain!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I start with a 10-15-minute phone call to introduce myself, take an inventory of the individual’s coaching goals, and explain my coaching process. This is followed up with a no-obligation full-length coaching session called a Discovery Session. This allows the person to “try before they buy” and experience the coaching process without any pressure. This opportunity allows the client and coach to determine if the relationship will be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s Degree in Education and a certification in NLP Training. I have worked in education for the last 10 years as a teacher and counselor. Additionally, I have been married for 26 years and have raised two sons. These relationships have provided the most valuable training in communication, marital and parenting challenges, conflict resolution, and self-reflection. Additionally, my experiences helping others through the challenges of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse have helped me develop a compassionate understanding for families of loved ones dealing with these difficult issues.
