We have been happily using James for the last 5 years to pet-sit for our dogs. James is a true professional, and we have peace of mind when we leave our dogs in his care. He cares about our dogs and gives them a lot of love and attention. He knows each of their little personalities and how to connect with them and keep them happy! (He even won over my brother's border collie when my brother used him, and my brother's dog is super skittish) He gives us daily updates, which we appreciate. He follows our instructions to a T, which also gives us peace of mind. He's very responsive, whether we're booking him or checking on availability or checking in on something else. We've always had great communication with him. We readily refer him to others in need of a pet sitter, and they've all been just as happy as us with James. It's not unusual for us to check James's schedule first before booking a trip so we can have him watching our dogs and enjoy that peace of mind he gives us. He is a super responsible pet sitter, and treats our dogs like his own. We highly recommend him!
