- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fairly priced for a 30 minute walk/visit and $50 for a overnight stay per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up a meet and greet to see how the pet reacts to me. They usually sense I love animals and so approach me. I'm available to answer any questions even after the meet and greet. I send updates and pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years experience being a walker/sitter.
