We spent the last several years completely remodeling our home one small section at a time. We were finally ready to have someone come in and help us finish the last phase of the remodel which included 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, and several other small tasks that still needed to be done around the house. We met with various contractors and ultimately decided to move forward with Harper Stone and Tile. The pictures speak for themselves (see the before photo at the end). They did a stellar job transforming our bathrooms. Taking a shower or a bath feels like we're in a spa. They also did a wonderful job updating our fireplace and adding in extra cabinets. Throughout the remodel, we continued to add to the list of things that needed to be done and Derren and his team were able to accommodate all of our on-going requests. His team showed up on time, was respectful of our house, and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time.

Derren did an amazing job. He’s meticulous and kept things from getting too dusty even during demolition. The tiling is perfect and we’re thrilled with our new bathrooms!

Derren and his guys did a phenomenal job! I'm a very satisfied customer and have already hired him to do the other bathroom renovation plus install new patio stairs on my house. I felt safe with Derren in my home and also felt safe with his tile guy Luis and the plumber Butch. His prices were fair and although a few extra small expenses came along, he also took money OFF the estimate when a particular task wasnt as bad as he thought it would be. Which showed me integrity. They were all professional and punctual. They cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier!

Derren is incredible!!! Not only is he very professional but VERY detail oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this guy. Shows up on time, great at communicating and understanding our needs, works fast and clean, makes sure the work space is cleaned up thoroughly after the job is complete, Reasonably priced, and HONEST. We had him install two decretive walls for us and they turned out amazing!!!! I will be using him for all future tile/ stone work.

I am a small business owner operator. I am an AZ native. All my experience has been in AZ construction of all types from High End Customs to Commercial projects. I have a team of small business license contractors that are owner operators like myself. I know exactly who’s going to be on my job every day. I know they show up on time they are clean and polite, do great work for a very fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients and provide a comprehensive free consultation on all the scopes involved in any remodel project.I help clients make decisions for materials that will look good and provide lasting value and quality. I refer clients to design professionals at no cost, if wanted through a design center with many products from very many manufacturers. Product lines include all types flooring, cabinets, granite or quartz, and much more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
32 years of experience in all phases of new build and remodel work.
