- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have certain rates for certain types of tile and substrates but at the end of the day I do what's best to keep my customers budget happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to my potential clients take a walk of the scope of work he/she would like done I answer any and all questions they might have ,make suggestions etc give quote and get started at their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all my on the job training as there is no school in az for most trades in craft learned from very very wise installers on the business end and in the field.
