My business stands out because I actually listen to the customer needs, explain things in easy to understand terminology, and work with the customer to find the best solution for their needs. I like what I do because I like helping people. In most cases people are contacting me when a crisis has risen (virus, computer not working, etc.) and I am able to respond quickly, help alleviate the problem and get them up and running quickly so they can remain productive.

Greg did a great job. From day one when,he 1st contacted me. He was very patient with me,not trying to push me into a deal.We went back and forth with messages on my options.He did all this without even seeing my laptop yet.I was debating on investing in a new laptop or trying to upgrade mine.With Greg's advise and expertise, he convince me to let him work on it.Greg is a very honest and trustworthy man. Greg's prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone out there that needs help repairing their computer.My old broken laptop that was down for 3 months is now up and running like new again.

Greg gave me multiple ways of fixing my laptop and upgrading it. When I received my laptop back , I was really surprised and happy that everything was restored on my laptop from my old hard drive that I broke.

    Helping people make their older computer (laptop or desktop) run faster for less than the cost of purchasing a new computer.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I do work for Mercy Connection (a shelter in Buckeye) and they had a laptop that had a failing hard drive that was under warranty. Best Buy refused to believe the drive was bad and I was able to prove to Best Buy that the drive was the problem and Best Buy then replaced the drive under warranty for the client.
