FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by connecting with each client to understand their goals, expirence level, and what they’re currently moving through physically, mentally, and energetically. This can be done through a brief conversation or intake form. From there, I design a personalized session that may include mindful movement (yoga) breath work, and sound healing. Which sessions last up to 90 minutes. During the session, I create a safe, grounded space where clients can release tension, reconnect with themselves, and restore their energy. I also offer gentle guidance throughout. Ensuring the experience feels supportive and accessible. After the session, I check in to see how they’re feeling and may offer simple practices or recommendations they can integrate into their daily life to continue the benefits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sean has been actively practicing in the yoga and sound healing space for over a year, serving as a facilitator for group sound bath experience and private sessions. He is a trained yoga practitioner and integrates sound healing as a core element of the experiences he offers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
His journey into the sound began with workshops, including training with a sound healer Christopher James, where he was introduced to a variety of instruments and techniques. Over time, he developed a strong connection to the instruments such as the gong, handpan, drums, chimes, and crystal singing bowls. Sean’s approach is intuitive and experience based, blending formal training with hands on practice. He focuses on creating immersive environments that support relaxation, release, and inner alignment through both movement and sound.
