Hired on Thumbtack

Cannot rate service. We had agreed upon time to perform service at 1:00 PM, and when I got home at 12:55 a note was left on the door explaining that he was early and sorry he missed me. He had tried to call to indicate he was done with his prior job and could come early, (and text) but I was out hiking and not available via phone. I find this level of service unprofessional and I will be finding other ways to have the pet door installed.

Memorial Day Weekend, Tried calling, tried text, ahead for confirmation, no response. Took a chance and drove to home anyway no one home. Memorial Day Weekend, people go away for 4 day weekends. Time was set for around 1pm New to Thumbtack, if unable to confirm appointment, I usually don't go. Thanks for the opportunity to serve you. Bob
