- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of packages available to choose from. My basic packages come with 10 beautifully edited, high resolution images that show you in the best way possible. As a portrait photographer, my job is to create images that capture your best qualities that tells your unique and personal story.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with my clients prior to booking. I send out information via email and answer any of their questions or concerns. When they are ready to book I send the photography contract for them to review. On day of session, we go over wants, needs, expectations etc. After session usually within a day I provide a few sneak peeks of session, gallery typically completed for review in 3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Online courses. I am constantly learning new techniques. I frequently do workshops. Have taken safety classes for Newborn Photography. Have enrolled in several continuing education programs
