Mr Franklin, listened very carefully to what our needs were for our home. He told us exactly the time frame in which it be completed and it was exactly. Mr Franklin did a superb job tiling our floors. He also added a bathroom door where there wasn't one and added backsplash in our kitchen. Installed hardwood on our kitchen cabinets. Installed 2 Chanderliers and a water feature for our patio. He was punctual, precise and never left a mess after finishing a project. Even when I made changes to what we had agreed on concerning a design, he made the changes gladly without complaint. His professionalism in my opinion was A+.

I was referred to Calvin by a friend. He did excellent job hanging ceilings fans and installing two new faucets in my bathroom. I was very satisfied with Calivn’s work! I called him back to instill a new water tank. He is responsibly priced and you will not be disappointed with his work.

I try to keep my prices fair compared to most Handyman services. I give discounts to seniors. I give free estimates.

I have 10 years vested in the carpenters union. I have 20 years in building Maintenance and rehabbing units where I did Plumbing,Electrical,Carpentry & H.V.A.C.
