- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently i am offering a discount for services that are held weekly, every two weeks and once a month. The more frequent you are scheduled the better the percentage of discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do have my prices listed as the suggested price for my area. However i understand that every home is going to have different levels of attention in need so i like to be more flexable to fit each project as needed. I will work with you keeping fairness on both ends and whats needed in mind.
