Kinda mad I was only able to select three items to describe Brad. He is also punctual and very professional! He has kept our pool in tip top shape since we hired him. Hes quick to address any problems. He replies immediately, which is far from what we were getting form the previous company..veteran something or other. I highly recommend Brad, and I don't recommend many people or services often. Thanks Brad! He enjoys a cold Pepsi when it's hot!

Brad is a very nice guy and professional. However we hired him to drain our pool and clean the DE filter. Immediately after the pressure was way off and after taking back apart the filter, we saw the cartridges were torn.
Whether or not this was Brads doing, we’ll never know but the filter was reassembled and we were told the job was done. Since the pump was running for a week with torn cartridges, a ton of DE power got into the pool.
A couple weeks later we’re installing a new pump and filter, the sand filter won’t run because it’s sucking up there excess DE power in the pool.
Thousands of dollars later, my pool still isn’t working.

Drain and filled my pool along with excellent cleaning of it and adding chemicals in a matter of days after I request service. Pool looks amazing and how it is supposed to be

I have had my pool serviced by Happy Waters since Aug ‘23. He took my pool from a murky mess to a beautiful pool we could use again. This was the first time in over 12 years that I have not had my pool go green one single time, all year. While pools can be expensive, Brad is honest with his pricing and doesn’t overcharge. He is also great at communicating foreseen issues so there aren’t any surprises.
