- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening to the customer’s concerns and scheduling a convenient appointment time. When our technician arrives, they perform a thorough inspection and diagnostic to fully identify the plumbing issue and explain what’s going on in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Once the inspection is complete, we provide upfront pricing with a free estimate before any work begins, so there are no surprises. After approval, our technician completes the repair or service using professional tools and quality workmanship backed by our Done Right Promise™ while keeping the work area clean and respectful of your home. Before leaving, we review the completed work, answer any questions, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied. We also provide recommendations for preventative maintenance or long-term solutions when applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of plumbing experience right here in Phoenix and the surrounding areas, we’ve seen and solved just about every type of plumbing issue that arises in residential homes and commercial buildings. Our technicians are trained in modern plumbing practices and use industry-leading diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately locate problems and recommend the right solution the first time. We specialize in emergency plumbing, drain repairs, sewer/septic issues, leak detection, water heaters, and general plumbing repairs.
