Chase is an amazing person and deserves a raise. I didn’t ultimately go through his company but he was extremely helpful when the person I did hire screwed me over. He valued me as a person vs a potential client and even went above and beyond. After getting a hatch job from another plumber he took my call even though he was already busy and gave me a second opinion and went out of his way to come over and help me out of a sketchy situation he not only looked at pics I took he actually went out of his way to actually come to my house and looked over the horrific scene that I was left with gave me great advice and was willing to help me out any way he could even if it wasn’t through him. I ultimately had to file an insurance claim because of the issue I was left with the other company but I sure wish I went through him initially I would have saved so much money and headaches if I went through him initially and would have saved me having to endure the past 3 days without water. His quote was very fair and better than everyone else out there. I for sure will use him for future projects. The fact that this company has someone like Chase shows me this would have been an amazing company to work with and he will for sure be the person I go to for future projects. I can’t thank him enough for being an amazing human being!

Called Total Plumbing & Drain after our tub faucet was stuck when trying to replace. We ended up bending a pipe by accident. Chasse came out same day and was able to remove the stuck faucet and fix the pipe. He was transparent about the cost and let us know our options before beginning the job. Really appreciated the communication, efficiency and attention to detail! Thank you!!

I had a few plumbers with "good" google reviews out for estimate on leak repair but their scope and pricing was not aligned and a one wanted me to claim on insurance. After much frustration, I decided to open Thumbtack. My Initial contact from Katie was friendly, professional, trustworthy and she understood my needs. I received exceptional customer service. Damon is a true professional, he walked me through my issue, repaired the line beautifully, in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing and Drain to EVERYONE. Just had Chase come and install a pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank. Total Plumbing and Drain was the first to respond, punctual, honest, and had the best estimate for my project. I believe it is Katie that works in the office she was amazing too. Would recommend and also will be the plumbing company I call in the future!
