Just had Chase come and install a pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank. Total Plumbing and Drain was the first to respond, punctual, honest, and had the best estimate for my project. I believe it is Katie that works in the office she was amazing too. Would recommend and also will be the plumbing company I call in the future!

I had a few plumbers with "good" google reviews out for estimate on leak repair but their scope and pricing was not aligned and a one wanted me to claim on insurance. After much frustration, I decided to open Thumbtack. My Initial contact from Katie was friendly, professional, trustworthy and she understood my needs. I received exceptional customer service. Damon is a true professional, he walked me through my issue, repaired the line beautifully, in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing and Drain to EVERYONE. Water is flowing and he even verifed the pool float and fill were functioning before he left. THANK YOU!
