I gave a 10/10 because the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and Jaraldo got back to us right away. He assessed the issue quickly and confidently, clearly explained why the replacement was needed, and had all the necessary parts on hand. The repair was completed efficiently, and he walked us through next steps and maintenance. He was friendly, professional, and even wore shoe coverings without being asked, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience.
