I did not choose Michael for my small project as it was a matter of minutes before that I had chosen another, earlier bid. However, Michael was the only one that took the time to prepare a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and sent it with his bid. He even scouted what year my house was likely built and the kind of construction likely used, and included drawings of what the final job would look like. I was very impressed by how detailed he thought about my problem, site unseen. I would bet that he would approach any job with that level of detail and commitment, and won't hesitate to call on him for future work.Jan 13, 2013Verified

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, we subscribe to several trade journals, attend trade conferences and exhibits, and participate in continuing ed programs provided by our vendors and appliance manufactures.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I paid for my college degrees doing this and having spent years in the "mega real estate corporation" VP offices, now do what I enjoy.
