- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have developed a relationship with many of my chef instructors from Le Cordon Bleu and often do events with some of my former instructors in both competition and just general events to keep up on the latest techniques .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because I have such a love for cooking and food and the technique for cooking them
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done all kinds of things , I have done events such as barrett jackson car show and private parties , weddings and private chef duties in private homes .
