Ken was a true professional. He fixed the A/C problem quickly and I also hired him to install some bathroom exhaust fans. I discovered a small issue after the fans were installed. Spoiler alert: The problem ended up being due to a design flaw with the fan I bought, so it wasn't Ken's fault. Anyway, I let Ken know, and he came back later in the week and fixed it, and he also discovered another issue with my fan duct. My home builder didn't install the exhaust fan duct very well, but Ken fixed that too. He then went on the roof with a plastic bag to show me the airflow coming out of the roof vents, to prove everything was working well. I appreciate him standing by his work, and going above and beyond to make sure his work was high quality. I highly recommend hiring this company.

Ken was very kind in helping me get the A/C working again. He showed up early for the appointment and got to work right away diagnosing the problem. His prices were very fair for the repair work that needed to be completed. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs their A/C Maintained, Repaired, or replaced.

I was previously told by another HVAC company that the AC unit in our rental needs a new compressor or a full replacement. I decided to get a second opinion and glad I did. Contacted 3 HVAC Specialist thru Thumbtack and Clement was the first one to respond. They were very professional, responsive, and honest. Ken checked the unit the following day and determined it only needed a freon fill and thermostat rewiring. He was able to get the AC working again in no time. Their prices are very competitive. I will definitely keep them in my contact list. Highly recommended!

Ken was a life saver! we had a previous HVAC company come and do a diagnostic on our heatpump on the roof of our business, in which they informed us the unit was junk, and he wanted 6000.00 to install a new one. their service tech was; pardon my language, but he was nothing but an ASS! I told him to leave, and then had Ken come for a second opinion, and he said it only need a motor, in the tune of 400.00! now it works perfect! Thank You Clements A/C& Heating!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year Ken takes NATE certified classes to keep his certification current.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ken has always had the ability to repair and fix just about anything. He grew up taking apart and fixing his toys and then the appliances and then the car. When he met and married his wife Apryl, her mother saw immediately that he was always fixing the broken items around her house. One day she said "you should do this for a living." A month later he was enrolled at AAI in Glendale in their HVAC-R program. He was top of his class and has not stopped since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We commonly provide maintenance, repair and replacement services to residential customers but we have worked on commercial units.
