Every year Ken takes NATE certified classes to keep his certification current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ken has always had the ability to repair and fix just about anything. He grew up taking apart and fixing his toys and then the appliances and then the car. When he met and married his wife Apryl, her mother saw immediately that he was always fixing the broken items around her house. One day she said "you should do this for a living." A month later he was enrolled at AAI in Glendale in their HVAC-R program. He was top of his class and has not stopped since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We commonly provide maintenance, repair and replacement services to residential customers but we have worked on commercial units.
