Our air started having an electric smell and was struggling to keep the house cool. I reached out to a commercial a/c pro that I know to see if he had a recommendation for an honest residential a/c company. I have had bad experiences in the past with a/c technicians being more interested in upselling me things I dont need than maintaining and fixing my unit. Without hesitation he referred EZ Breezy heating and cooling. I contacted them and they responded promptly and were able to come out the same day. After doing an inspection on the roof, the technician came down and showed pictures of the blown capacitor and burn marks on the transformer, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me my options with no pressure. The capacitor had to be replaced and I decided to go ahead and change out the transformer also. He got me back up and running quick and explained their maintenance program (again with no pressure). I happily signed up for the maintenance program and looking forward to having them continue to service my system.
