I’m so grateful for Ball Brothers. I recently swapped out my thermostat on my own and couldn’t figure out the configuration, so my AC was blowing heat. Nathan was awesome! Quick to respond, came out and did a thorough job to find out what the issue was. Found the part required and gave us a great quote to complete the work. We had called our Home Warranty Company 1st and the company they sent out took 10 minutes to look at the issue and gave us a high price to fix it! We will definitely be using Ball Brother’s again for any Plumbing or HVAC issues!

Nathan was very professional and courteous. He had come out to give us an estimate on a/c but while he was here, we asked if he could change out the shutoff valves for our washer as they were corroded, and we were getting a new washer. He immediately said yes, dropped everything and went and got the supplies he needed and changed the valves for us. Thank you so much for your help.

Nathan Ball is one of the hardest workers I know. He works from sun up to sun down and is a family man. He has come all the way across town to fix my AC at the drop of the dime at the end of his shift in the summertime. Not only is he a great worker, that offer is amazing services at a very fair price….He is passionate about what he does, cares about his customer, and provides solutions on top of an unmatched work ethic. I don’t need his services often but when I do, he shows up, and I refer him to everyone.

Receive the call, gathering an understanding of emergency or upgrade needed. Sending out one of our professional techs to get eyes on project. Tech then puts together a price, after signed with an agreement work will then be completed. All jobs will have a invoiced emailed to them, as we are a paperless company.

Field service tech and installer since 2009. Graduate of RSI, receiving certificate for EMT(Electro mechanical technology. EPA certified and a licensed holder in the state of Arizona.
