- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is up front and transparent. There will never be any hidden fees. We offer discounts for seniors, military, repeat customers, and of course, if paying with cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can typically expect same day service. We understand that in Arizona, keeping your home cool, can sometimes be an emergency. With that in mind, we promise to deliver the level of urgency that you deserve. Once we arrive, we'll have a greeting and we'll ask some basic questions to get a better idea of where we need to spend the majority of our time. That way we'll be able to quickly identify the problem, provide solutions, and get you up and running again ASAP!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Red's Mechanical is licensed, bonded, and insured for added peace of mind. All of our technicians are experienced, knowledgeable, and have the latest training and certifications. You can rely on us to make an accurate diagnosis and trust in the quality of our repair or installation.
