From going to Coach Ethan’s classes, not only have I increased the amount of weights I used to be able to lift but he also gave me the confidence to start competing and I have never looked back since! Natalie H. says, "Dawn is amazing. She is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable trainer. I have chronic back issues because of the physicality of my job. She easily adapts my workouts to whatever my current level of function is and she can change an exercise on the fly if I am experiencing pain. She really understands how the body works and how to tailor exercises when the body has dysfunction. In addition, she is warm and kind and operates from the highest level of professionalism. This site only allowed me to choose 3/5 things I love most about Dawn, but I would choose all 5: work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality(she is punctual, always right on time). I do not have enough positive things to say about my experience with Blackstone Fit. Dawn helps keep my body strong and moving so I can enjoy my life. I highly recommend working with her."See more

I was lucky enough to have met Gian and am so impressed with her extensive knowledge! I love that she truly cares and wants to help me get better as soon as possible. I also appreciate how she always makes sure that my exercises are done properly and that my posture is always correct.
