We currently possess an A+ certification with proficient programming skills in Visual Basic, C#, HTML, and Java. We are experienced in system operations, training, collections, managing, and customer service.
We have acquired marketing knowledge for Hewlett Packard and Dell printers, computers, networks and Pocket PCs, through comprehensive training from both companies on a monthly basis. We supervised up to 15 people and managed inventory for multiple companies, including my own computer repair company.
