- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and not confusing. I do not a rush or express charge! I also don't have any travel fee's on hourly or fixed pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to treat each customer on a personal level. I never let my customer become just a number in a long list. I communicate what needs to be done in terms that they can understand. I also do not overbook so that I do not have to delay my being able to address your IT issue in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended college and have over 15 years of IT experience in all areas of IT such as Networks, Desktop Support, Virtual and cloud solutions,Servers and Data Center Environments, etc. There is no IT Task I cannot handle.
