- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is really simple, I do not charge for every bit of my work time or equipment used my charge is simple I charge per event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We signed up a contract (deposit is required) and I meet my customers to personalize their event and play the type of music they will enjoy, also to find out what other services do they need such as additional sound for ceremony, up lightning, dance floor, or just to help them selecting special dance songs or even building a timeline for their event, once we get everything ready my customer will enjoy their event and will not have to worry about anything ;)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently studying video and audio producing.
