- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it will vary depending upon location, number of dogs etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the first meeting I only charge for one hour but spend 90 minutes or more getting to know the owner and the dogs. from there I develop a curriculum customized to meet their needs and set up a training schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained both in the US and Germany in 5 different methods of obedience. I'm a certified animal massage therapist, and have been trained in canine psychology. my masters degree is in human psychology
