FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the plumbing industry no two jobs are the same. So every job needs to be individually inspected to determine what work needs to be done and to offer the best price possible. There is no "one size fits all" pricing system for plumbing work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new customers is giving the customer a call and asking them what would be the best time to check out the plumbing request on site to give to give myself a better idea of the work needs to be done. Then I can talk to the customer and offer a time frame and an exact price. If the customer agrees I go ahead and complete the request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For about ten years I worked for the Arizona plumbers union and after that I worked for multiple plumbing companies in Arizona doing commercial and residential work for about another ten years. In total I have over 20 years of experience doing plumbing.
