- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our labor and material prices vary depending on the type of work we are performing. We will allways do our best to beat our competitors!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin a new relationship with a customer I like too ask questions and tell them a little about myself so that we both feel comfortable with each other. I treat my customers as if they were friends or family, it is very important to me that the customer allways feels in the loop and at ease with the person they are doing buisness with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certification in Buisness Management, and have been successfully trained as a "project manager". I was a super intendant for a major contracting company in the East valley for 5 years.
