The tech was punctual and showed me what he cleaned out. My vents actually ended up being extremely clean so the service really wasn't needed. Would recommend.

Casey arrived on time and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He checked all the vents and got straight to work. I periodically checked on the vents he was working on to see how things were going. Casey showed me before and after photos while the process was taking place. I even popped in my head and looked for myself. Casey took his time and did not rush his job, I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend Casey for your next duct cleaning as his professionalism was key in my decision for this review.

Great team and very professional. Casey was pleasant and helpful to schedule our appointment. He called the day before to confirm our appointment and they punctual on the service day. Our main focus is value-added quality and amazing customer care. We don’t compromise our integrity, or practice bait-and-switch tactics that some of our competitors might practice to get their foot in the door, and then charge you higher prices after the work is done. You will always know what you will pay for our service, PRIOR to us ever showing up at your front door.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know what the customer's needs are first and foremost. We like to begin with a brief phone conversation with the customer to determine what scope of work they need. We will ask some basic questions to determine the best plan of action. If you have an issue with extra dust in your home, or you notice a strange smell when the HVAC system turns on, or if your clothes aren't finished drying at the end of the drying cycle - we want to know what's going on so that we can get down to the bottom of the problem and provide you with a solution.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company began because I saw the need for honest and fair practices within the duct cleaning industry, and a need for a value-added, quality service, so I decided to start my own company that does things the right way.
My team and I share one common goal; excellent customer care. Each success of a business is attributable to its customers. I value each and every customer, and so do each of my team members. Our customers are the life blood of our business!
