- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and Im not overpriced at all. Im allowing the client to decide how they want their images delivered. Even thou my clients get a online gallery they have choices. They can download all their images and print them themselves or I can print all or just a few. I can save my clients money and not push a wedding album on them. Nor have them pick the images they want to have printed and charge crazy rates. Yes professional printing is always the best choice but I charge about 30% less for printing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I send my quote out on Thumbtack I ask for their email address. At this time I send them a 20 page Wedding Guide I have to help them choosing the correct vendor and Information about me and my style etc... Very informative. Once they have booked me to photo or video their wedding. I send them another Guide to help them with getting ready for the big day. Im all about helping my clients so they don't worry about a thing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am constantly learning new software for editing and new methods.
