Hired them to deal with my termite problems after messaging with several companies. The tech spent nearly 3 hours treating my home. He took care of everything because there were no new mud tunnels after his visit a week ago. Tech was awesome, friendly and professional. He explained how everything works, from the treatment to their warranty. I was not in the market for long term general pest control but they were so fantastic to work with that I decided to have them back on a regular basis. Excellent customer service and response time. Adhering to all Covid rules.

Nick with Merrill Pest Solutions came by sprayed our house and we could not be happier. We were really sold on the product that they use since it is safe with pets and babies, which we have both of in our house. It is the same stuff that they use in the hospitals so that put our minds at ease. When Nick came by he was very professional and thorough in his application. We had been using another company for about 2 years and thought the service was fine but now that I have seen how it should be done I wish we would have switched sooner. He knocked down all of the webs and nests on the entire exterior of the house rather than just spraying over them. He also used a TON of product in the front and back yard to kill anything on the fence line. He used some extra product on the doorways and openings to the house to make sure nothing could cross over. He did a great job and we have not seen a single bug since he serviced our house. The price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of product he used. We are glad we switched and look forward to a pest free home.

After using Bulwark Exterminating for about 5 years, I switched to Merrill Pest Solutions. It started when a nice gentleman, Nick (the owner) was making sales calls in my neighborhood, and we got to chatting at length about his service and product vs. Bulwark's. I decided to give him a try, and I'm very happy that I did because the products he uses truly IS superior to that of Bulwark's. I used to struggle with recurring spider webs all around the eaves of my house (I live on a lake, so I thought I just had to accept this), but NO! I almost never get any webs between service! I've noticed a significant reduction in my pest issue, and if something ever does arise, I just give them a call and they'l treat in between services. The service is also great with Nick and his small team of dedicated professionals. I've referred a number of friends to him because of all of this! Thanks for the great work!

We offer many discounts on all of our services. These discounts change almost daily.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start out with figuring out your needs. Once we decide which treatment is best for you we get you set up with a treatment plan and get your appointment set up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience in the pest control/customer service industry. We are fully licensed with the Department of Agriculture here in Arizona. We do continuing education courses every year to keep our practices safe and current.
