The face painting came out well. We originally booked a face painter and were told it also included ballon animals for the kids. We had about 45 mins left of the party and the face painter said she had to stop painting before the other girl with her could start making balloons for the kids. Since the other girl with her did not paint faces at all I asked why one person could paint and the other make balloons for the kids at the same time. I asked the face painter why not she said this was how the package works. There were still kids who needed to have their face painted and I wasn’t going to turn the kids away who were in line to start the balloons. No one at the party had balloons made. I think it is bad business and was disappointed, it made no sense why they both couldn’t work at the same time.

Hello Tammie, Sorry for the confusion but I only offer balloon twisting to fill any remaining time that is left over after all the guests are painted. You only booked & paid for face painting services. Typically we do have some time left over so that's why the balloons were mentioned. However, your guests kept me busy with the face painting. Balloon twisting alone would have made the quote almost double what you were charged. Thanks for your understanding. Erica

Erica did a great job! The kids love her. Very talented and they also did balloon twisting for the kids. She came early and set up and started right away! We really enjoyed having her there.
