This company did a good job cleaning the chimney but missed an important item on the gas and charged me more than I anticipated from the phone call prior to them coming out.

We had a great experience on two properties they serviced for us. We are a property mgmt. co so we have to coordinate between owners/tenants and the vendor which can be a bit tricky. George was responsive, professional, punctual and got the job done at a great price! we will be using them for all of our chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleans and fireplace repairs. so glad we found them!

I was asked by George to use windex and clean the glass front and back. Number one using windex causes burning on the glass. Second that is why I hired someone to come and clean my fireplace. He put the logs back weird so the pipes were sticking up and it didn’t look like a log fireplace. When asked to put them back right, the way they were before he cleaned them, George said multiple times, I could do that but I will have to take it apart again. He did it reluctantly. Finally , he smelled bad, made my house smell.
