Allan is very professional and doesn’t overcharge on his diagnosis like the rest of people that try to get $200 just to say Hi Allan arrived on time diagnosed the equipment and got it taken care for less than $200 that other people were charging just to say Hi Thank you Allan for your professionalism and keeping it real on prices

Alan arrived a bit late..but called to let us know he'd be late. He quickly identified the issue with our elliptical machine and made the adjustment(s). I asked about preventative maintenance, he explained what to look for, and if problems arise, to call, and they'd address them as they now have the serial number, and if parts are needed, they'd be ordered promptly. I'm really impressed with every aspect of the service call and with Alan and the company.

I got an immediate response from Diana when I asked about a problem with my treadmill. I sent photos of the damaged wire and she got back to me with an estimate immediately. I was fortunate to have a technician already in my area and he arrived when promised. Alan was professional and knowledgeable and got my treadmill working in no time.
