- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects vary and every contractor has a different price, i try to be as fair as possible. There are a lot of variables like skilled labor, timelines, and material costs that effect overall.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually getting a phn# and setting up a walk though to get a clear picture of what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be in the carpenters union but the union here is not strong so I got out. I already knew a lot before I went in, they really didnt teach me much of what I already knew. They are good though and have an awsome program.
