- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very fair and always land either average or below for that skill or trade work, we believe in more work for a smaller price and repeat work for the same customers and can only accomplish that by having the fairest prices on Thumbtack
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish which form of communication works best, walk the job and communicate with the homeowner on what the project is and what they expect, bid the job, sign contract, set estimated date of completion, begin the work and keep communication with the homeowner until the job is done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education comes from the ROC (Registrar of Contractors) where we were taught the laws and regulations of the trade and our experience comes from 25 years of hands on hard work
