First star: He's punctual. We set an appointment for 10:30 am on a SUNDAY, which was last minute by the way. Second star: He's respectful. Dale arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule and texted me when he arrived at our community gate, asking if I was ready for him. Third star: He's a professional. He took one look at the location of the fan and knew what he needed and how to accomplish it. I don't think he looked at the installation guide once. It was apparent this wasn't his first rodeo. After he completed, he made sure it was working fine. Fourth star: He cleaned up the work area. It was clear he takes pride in his work. The bathroom doesn't look like anyone had touched it, except for the new fan. Fifth star: He's honest. I paid him a little more than what we negotiated as a tip for a job well done. He messaged me as I was writing this review asking me if he could bring back some change. A little honesty goes a long way. In summary, we've already discussed our next project, installing cabinets in a laundry room. Do yourself a favor and hire Dale. You won't be disappointed.

Dale was extremely helpful and installed my garage door seals to help keep critters out of my garage. He was very professional and knew exactly what he had to do. He also went to Home Depot for me to return the wrong seal I got initially. I highly recommended dale if you need any handyman work done.
