New owner is great, she explained the process and assured me of their satisfaction guarantee. And I was BEYOD satisfied! The two cleaners that showed up were so sweet, and mindful (we have kids and dogs). They were here most of the day and my house looks and smells amazing! I had a great experience with eMaids of Phoenix. Cleaner showed up on time, did a great job with the deep cleaning, even brought all the supplies. I plan to use them bi-weekly moving forward. Very excited!

I was referred to eMaids of phoenix from a coworker who has been using them since 2020. My experience with them has been great! There is a new owner, and she is very kind and helpful. I am on a fixed income, and she was willing to work with me on my fee, and recurring services. It has been 3 months now that I have been using eMaids for bi-weekly cleanings, and each one has been fabulous.

The person that came was very kind but when the lady who booked my appointment never mentioned that they don’t make beds or do dishes. If I had known that there was I would’ve booked with a different company.
