Our cleaning rates are based on your home’s square footage, but we also customize each clean to fit your needs and consider how often your home is maintained.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we start by learning about your home and cleaning needs. We’ll ask for details like square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you’re looking for. Then we provide a quote based on your home’s size and maintenance level. Once you approve, we schedule your cleaning, send a confirmation, and our team arrives on time with all supplies ready. After the first clean, we follow up to make sure you’re completely satisfied and can adjust future services if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in residential and vacation rental cleaning. We’re trained in deep cleaning techniques, proper product use, and efficient home maintenance. We also stay up to date with the latest cleaning methods and safety standards to ensure every job is done with care and quality.
