- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be straight to the point once we agree on date time and price it will not change. unless you add to it but I let some things slide within reason
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well first I like giving them a call to discuss over the phone a little about myself ask some basic questions then come see the area if possible. once we agree on price either a lump sum at end of job when your satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by union painters over a span of five years have done a few commercial jobs as well. I also have experience in using sprayers for homes and cars.
