- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price includes dump fees, load size and weight. Every load is different so price can vary. If a discount is available it will be added after the quote is given. Ex. Total price for the junk removal is $300 with a 10% discount. Total price after discount is $270
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are in contact I ask for photos and address to determine a ball park price. Once provided, we come to an appointment time and date. Then when I arrive we discuss final pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have prior experience in junk removal from my previous job working in landscaping. We would do side jobs for junk removal and then I branched out to do my own.
