We provide multiple surveying services, such as: elevation certificates, boundary surveys, land splits, topographic surveys, plot plans, platting, replatting, lot amendments, lot combinations, construction layout for residential, commercial, and highway projects, as-built surveys, quantities, borrow pit surveys and hydrographic surveys. We have state-of-the-art equipment including RTK GPS systems, robotic systems and all types of conventional equipment. We guarantee the best price statewide (Arizona), and are licensed and insured. Our surveys are always accurate and precise with the best price. Currently, have two full time crews and could create a third if the work required such. Office time is billed at 35 per hour. We have the best CADD software available and know how to use it. If it's drafting or design that your needing, we bill at 35 per hour. I will need you to contact me with address and or County parcel number of the subject tract to even begin to quote a project. However, I will give ballpark prices for most boundary surveys: 300-500 without a survey map and 600-1200 with a survey map. Elevation certifications are 250-450. Topographic surveys and construction layout can vary so much I won't even try to ballpark these items. It's best to call me with your information, and project requirements.
