- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will look at it for free and we can let you know how much it will cost. Typically, for push mowers it’s $60 and 2 cycle engines it’s $45. Other outdoor power equipment such as generators and pressure washers are typically a little more. We have a quick turn around. If you need a part replaced there’s a good chance that we have the part to fix your machine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just bring us your lawn mower or small engine to us any time after noon. We don’t charge for looking at it. We can usually tell you when you drop it off how much it will be but not always guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been repairing small engines for 16 years now.
