- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer standard pricing with competitive flat rates. Each client expectation is different in the complexity of their designs and types of media to incorporate. I also do not charge additional fees for revisions and simple changes. Once I have spoken with my client about their needs I provide a competitive price quote that will not change! I believe in charging flat competitive rates, and the quality of my work back it up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting our customers whether in person or online. The main communication after initial consultation is through email, text and phone calls. As I develop the design and media together we stay in constant contact, and only proceed with finalizing designs and print jobs after client approvals. Once approved, I check the ensure all materials were received and are acceptable to our clients. Ultimately, I work for you and want you to be happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Public Safety Administration with an emphasis on management. With this education I am able to communicate clearly with my clients and understand their needs better. I have developed numerous presentations, logos and other various media over the past 8 years. I mostly began graphic design as a hobby which has quickly grown into a passion.
